Judi Powell, Ph.D.
Founder and Principal
Judi draws on more than 20 years of experience in family and community philanthropy as a foundation executive, philanthropic advisor, consultant and researcher.
​
In executive roles at Silicon Valley Community Foundation and Pacific Foundation Services, she advised families and individuals on their giving through family foundations and donor advised funds.
​
She is recognized for her ability to translate complex information and ideas into understandable plans for action. She most enjoys helping donors discover new ways to activate their passions for helping communities.
​
Judi is an engaged member of her community of San Mateo, California, through her volunteer work with college students. She holds a B.A. from Yale University and a Ph.D. from the Stanford Graduate School of Education.
